1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Win Pronos and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
Win Pronos is an AI-powered sports analysis platform. The analyses provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of results. Win Pronos does not offer any betting functionality, does not manage user funds, and is not a gambling operator. Win Pronos cannot be held responsible for decisions made by users based on its analyses.
3. Eligibility
To use Win Pronos, you must: • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) • Use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws in your country or region • Provide accurate information at registration Win Pronos reserves the right to suspend any account that does not comply with these conditions, without refund and without any exception.
4. Subscriptions and credits
Win Pronos operates on a monthly credit system: • Credits are allocated according to your subscribed plan (Starter, Premium, Elite, Master) • Unused credits at the end of the period are not carried over • Credits are automatically reset at each subscription renewal • A free 7-day trial is available, including 1,000 credits and giving access to all features within the limit of those credits • A free plan is available after the trial expires • The Win Pronos chat is exclusively dedicated to complete match analyses. Each message sent in the chat results in a deduction of 165 credits, without exception, including messages outside the analysis context • Credits consumed during an analysis that fails for any reason (unstable connection, timeout, network error) are non-refundable • In case of a plan upgrade mid-period, Stripe automatically calculates the prorated amount for the remaining period. New plan credits are allocated immediately and the next billing is at the full new rate • Credits consumed as a result of a poorly formatted request by the user (incorrect, ambiguous, or incomplete team, player, or fighter name) are non-refundable • Credits consumed when no upcoming match can be identified for the submitted request are non-refundable. • Credits consumed after clicking the Stop button are non-refundable.
5. Payments and billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a plan: • You authorize Win Pronos to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the chosen billing period • Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes • No refunds are granted for partially used credits during an active period, except for the automatic prorated calculation applied by Stripe upon a plan upgrade
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your plan until that date.
7. Intellectual property
All content on Win Pronos — including algorithms, analytical models, instructions, methodologies, coefficients, generated analyses, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Win Pronos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract, probe, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the internal workings of the platform constitutes a serious violation of these terms. Win Pronos reserves the right to immediately and permanently suspend any infringing account, without notice, without refund, and without any exception.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Win Pronos shall not be liable for: • Decisions made by the user based on the analyses provided • Temporary service interruptions • Interruptions caused by third-party service failures (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, sports data providers) • Inaccuracies in sports data provided by third parties • Any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of the platform
9. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: • Attempting to extract, probe, reverse-engineer, or reproduce Win Pronos algorithms, models, instructions, methodologies, or coefficients • Attempting to gather information about the internal workings of the platform or its intellectual property in any form • Using the platform for illegal purposes • Sharing your login credentials with third parties • Automating the use of the service without explicit authorization Any violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the account, without refund and without any exception.
10. Service modifications
Win Pronos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. In the event of significant changes to these terms, you will be notified by email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that province. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution within 30 days before initiating any legal proceedings.

13. Assignment
Win Pronos reserves the right to assign, transfer, or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Users will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of such assignment.
