Understanding your analyses
Reading and using the Analysis tab tools
Last updated: August 2026
๐ Introduction
The Analysis tab tools give you in-depth insights to inform how you read a match. Pre-match analyses express advantages and trends, not outcome probabilities; only Live Match provides estimated probabilities. Here's how to read them, then use them against the odds.
๐ Reading advantage scores
Psychological Sentiment, Tactical and the Unified Verdict show an advantage score from -100 to +100. Convention: negative favors the first participant (Team A), positive favors the second (Team B); the further from zero, the stronger the advantage. Statistical Comparison instead sums up the advantage in words (favored participant + key gap), and Standings as a worded prediction โ deliberately without numbers. One sign exception: the Unified Verdict psychological composite uses the reverse convention (positive = Team A) and stays indicative, outside the calculation.
๐ฏ Strength index โ probability
The Unified Analysis shows an "advantage strength index" from 50 to 100. This is not a win probability. An index of 78 does not mean "78% chance of winning": it measures how strongly the advantage leans one way, not how often the outcome occurs. A match can show a clear advantage while remaining uncertain.
๐ฐ Using the advantage against the odds
An advantage means the most when compared to the market. If the participant favored by the analysis is an underdog with the bookmakers, this signals a potential value bet โ the market may be undervaluing that side. If they're already the favorite, the advantage is largely priced in: value is lower. In Live Match, the displayed "Fair odds" is the odds the analysis considers fair: if the market offers more, it's a value marker.
๐ Convergence of the analyses
When two or three analyses (psychological, tactical, comparative) point to the same participant, the signal is stronger than an isolated advantage. Conversely, diverging analyses call for caution: the advantage is fragile.
๐ก๏ธ Confidence and reliability
Tactical, Live Match and the Unified Verdict display a confidence/reliability level based on data quality and completeness (the Unified Verdict also shows that of its three sources). This is your safeguard: a strong advantage with low reliability is worth less than a moderate advantage with high reliability. Always weigh the advantage against the strength of the data behind it.
